Mini 14k solid yellow gold and natural blue lapis lazuli “Evil Eye” pendant, small size

All metal components are 14k solid yellow gold

The gemstone is natural blue lapis lazuli, lots of natural golden pyrite inclusions, marquise shaped, 18mm by 9mm by 3mm. The lapis is smooth, polished on both sides. Weight of the stone is about 4.5 carats

Pendant’s weight is 1.3g 

Top-bottom length of the pendant is 15mm (0.5”)

Bail loop diameter is 4mm (inside opening)
