Pear shaped genuine sapphires are 4mm by 5mm, heated, 1.4 carats total sapphires weight 

Natural white diamond is 1.7mm round, 0.02 carats 

Pendant’s length is 20mm (3/4”)

Pendant’s weight is 0.65g

Bail loop opening is 3mm by 2.5mm (inside opening )
